Membership Agreement

1 – This membership agreement Boltaç Gıda Zeytinyağı İnş. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. and its affiliates in order to determine the rules and conditions for the use of the website https://www.boltac.com.tr.

2 – Boltaç Gıda Zeytinyağı İnş. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. regularly sends campaigns and announcements to its members who approve the Agreement and allows them to shop online.

Şti. does not request password information from its customers in any way. www.boltac.com.tr is not responsible for any problems arising from the use of password. The e-mail address you provide during registration is unique to the member and has the opportunity to create a single membership; you cannot have two different memberships with the same e-mail address. “Password” is only known by the user. In order for the user to connect to services that require membership, the user must enter the e-mail address and password entered during registration.

4 – The Member agrees that the personal and shopping information provided by www.boltac.com.tr may be contacted by https://www.boltac.com/ for the purpose of providing campaign applications.

5 – The Member agrees that he/she is solely responsible for the damages he/she may incur due to incomplete and incorrect information he/she has provided while becoming a member of www.boltac.com.tr, in case of providing incorrect information and in case of violation of this agreement by the Member, Boltaç Gıda Zeytinyağı İnş. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. unilaterally accepts that it may terminate its membership without the need for any notice and warning.

6 – Member, all rights Boltaç Gıda Zeytinyağı İnş. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. and the information, document, software, design, graphic, text, visual, video, etc. on https://www.boltac.com.tr. works or any content will not copy, reproduce, publish, market.

7 – www.boltac.com.tr may temporarily suspend or completely stop the operation of the system at any time. Boltaç Gıda Zeytinyağı İnş. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. will have no liability to www.boltac.com.tr members or third parties due to the temporary suspension or complete suspension of the system. Although www.boltac.com.tr has entered the username and password correctly, it may prevent the Member from logging into the system or obtaining a new password without stating a reason. www.boltac.com owns the copyrights arising from the ownership of the works of information, documents, software, design, graphics, etc. that it produces and/or purchases from outside.
